OUR FACILITY

Located under one roof in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, our expansive 20,000sqft facility integrates production, warehousing(for both raw materials and finished goods), a fully equipped laboratory, and office space—ensuring seamless collaboration andoperational efficiency. This unified environment allows us to rigorously test all incoming and outgoing materials onsite and maintaintightly orchestrated workflows that drive productivity, quality, and consistency in everything we produce.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

We operate under rigorous international standards, with products certified to NSF H1X for food-grade applications, manufactured within ISO 9001 quality frameworks, and tested to ASTM/SAE/ISO protocols for proven reliability. Our proprietary dispersion technologies are protected under strict licensing agreements, ensuring partners exclusive access to performance advantages while maintaining regulatory compliance worldwide.

In September 2025, Powderful Solutions became a member of ALIA, joining over 100 businesses across the full lubricants value chain – including manufacturers, marketers, technology suppliers, logistics providers and distributors – in the Asia-Pacific region. George Diloyan

CTO

Dr. GeorgeDiloyan, CTO at Powderful Solutions, brings deep expertise in nanotechnology and materials engineering. He earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University—focusing on nanotechnology, electrochemistry, and material science—and also holds two M.S. degrees in Computer Science and Thermodynamics. Since 2012, he has spearheaded R&D and commercialization of inorganic nanoparticles for applications in lubricants, greases, composites, and polymers.
